Getting There & Around
Vaporetti (water buses) are the main transport — ACTV passes cover unlimited rides. Walking and bridges are the only way to traverse the islands on foot. Water taxis are expensive but convenient. No cars exist in Venice. The train station (Santa Lucia) connects to the mainland. Consider Venice Unica city pass.
